Consultations and mentoring

What 28 years of shipping teaches — passed on directly.

We have built an infrastructure and processes for developers that prevent anyone from going astray. We lecture at developer conferences and teach others to develop software.

What we do

  • Architecture reviews & audits. A senior outside pair of eyes on your system. We read the code, talk to the team, and write you a clear-headed report.
  • Team mentoring. Pairing, code review, RFC coaching, decision-record discipline. Your team levels up faster because we've already made the mistakes.
  • Dev infrastructure. CI/CD pipelines, .NET tooling, internal NuGet feeds, template solutions — the scaffolding that lets any new project start at a jog.
  • Training & lectures. We speak at developer conferences (Global Azure, WUG, Update Conference), teach programming seminars at Mensa Gymnásium, and run a cloud-apps seminar at MFF UK (Charles University).
  • Crisis help. Stuck project? Security incident? Legacy rewrite? Short-cycle engagements to unblock you — not month-long consulting theater.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01 Scoping call — 30 minutes to decide whether we can actually help, and where the leverage is.
  2. 02 Defined engagement — fixed scope, fixed duration, written deliverable. No open-ended retainer traps.
  3. 03 Findings & handover — a document your team can argue with, plus a working session to make the case internally.
  4. 04 Optional follow-through — pairing, mentoring, or implementation work once the direction is clear.

Founder-led. Every engagement has a Microsoft MVP or a cloud architect in the room — not an account manager relaying your question.
